Exploration and practice of technology transfer system in Big Data Era:analysis on the case of the construction of Jiangsu Proprietary Technology Exchange Center

技术转移体系是推动科学技术和成果流动、共享并实现经济效益和社会价值的生态系统。文章通过回顾总结国内外技术市场的产生与发展,以江苏省技术产权交易市场在技术转移体系建设中的实践为例,分析发展中面临的困难,从强化媒体属性、厘清公益性与市场化的关系、加强队伍建设、强化政策配套4个层面,探讨提出解决问题的措施和设想。

Technology transfer system is a ecological system,which brings economic benefits and social value and promotes the flow and sharing of scientific and technological achievements.Through reviewing and summarizing the emergence and development of technology market at home and abroad,illustrated by the example of the practice of technology transfer system constructed by Jiangsu Proprietary Technology Exchange Center,this paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced in the development,and tries to explore and propose some assumptions and solutions to problems from four aspects:reinforcing media attribute,sorting out the relationship between commonweal and marketization,strengthening troop construction,and perfecting the supporting policies.
