Service innovation of public library in the “Internet +” perspective

图书馆在"互联网+"理念和技术的推动下,顺应时代发展新趋势,探寻融合创新发展的路径。文章通过已有文献研究、网站调查、电话采访、实践探索等方式,系统梳理了图书馆"互联网+"的发展历程与研究进展,结合图书馆管理与服务的实际,对现阶段公共图书馆的服务现状和存在的问题进行系统分析,并探索了"互联网+"思维下图书馆服务创新的思路和策略。

In the push of“Internet+”concept and technology,adapt to the new trend of the development of the times,the library needs to explore the path of integration and innovation development.By the literature survey,the means of web-based survey,telephone interview,practice and exploration,this paper systematically reviews the development and research progress of library“Internet+”,and combing with the reality of library management and service,the paper investigates the current situation of public library service and analyzes the main problems.And it explores the ideas and strategies of library service innovation under“Internet+”perspective.
