摘要
公共图书馆的服务效能是指其履行使命的程度,提升服务效能是对包括公共图书馆在内的公共文化服务体系的新要求。文章在概述公共图书馆的服务效能现状的基础上,提出了提升公共图书馆服务效能的途径:坚持"以读者为中心"的服务理念,尽快建立健全相关的法律法规,加强公共图书馆硬件基础设施建设,持续完成管理工作制度革新,积极利用信息技术扎实开展服务进农村活动,将图书馆服务工作延伸到军营。
The service efficiency of public libraries refers to the extent to which they perform their missions.Improving service efficiency is a new requirement for public cultural service systems including public libraries.On the basis of summarizing the current service performance of public libraries,the paper puts forward ways to enhance the service efficiency of public libraries:adhering to the service philosophy of“taking reader as the center”;establishing and improving related laws and regulations as soon as possible;strengthening the construction of the hardware foundation facilities of public libraries;finishing the reform of management system continuously;making use of information technology to serve for the rural activities;and the extension of library services to military camps.
