摘要 文章针对当前我国应用型本科院校在复合型创新人才培养方面存在的问题,分析其原因,继而引入"虚拟项目"概念,以培养复合型创新人才为目标,对"虚拟项目"驱动的人才培养模式进行了研究,着重对其中的学科专业交叉合作的"虚拟项目"实施中的设计、团队组织和运作管理问题,面向复合型创新人才的培养模式改革中的课程体系、教学方式与实践环节改革等问题,以及作为技术支持的高校实践社区构建等问题进行了阐述。 Aiming at the existing problems in inter-disciplinary&innovative talent training mode for applied undergraduate college,the corresponding reasons are analyzed in this paper,and the conception of virtual projects is introduced,the inter-disciplinary&innovative talent training mode for applied undergraduate college is researched,and the implementation problems of virtual projects for inter-disciplinary&innovative talent training mode which includes design,team organization and operation management,and the talent training mode reform issues which includes curriculum system,teaching methods and practice teaching,construction of community of practice are illustrated in detail.
