摘要
红土镍矿直接还原镍铁工艺是目前最经济的镍铁冶炼方法,其产品镍铁粉的应用是实现工艺发展的关键环节,文中分别介绍镍铁粉应用于电炉熔炼、RKEF冶炼工艺和高炉冶炼工艺等三种途径,从冶炼原理、工艺特点和成本组成等三方面进行分析,并结合镍铁粉应用到RKEF工艺的实践效果对比分析,综合认为直接还原镍铁粉应用途径广泛,该三种工艺使用镍铁粉是可行的,且能实现该工艺成本的降低。
The lateritic nickel ore direct reduction process is the most economical method of smelting ferronickel currently.The application of ferronickel powder is the key links of this process development.This article introduces three application methods of ferronickel powder in E A F,RKEF and blast furnace smelting technology.It analyzes them from three aspects of smelting principle,process characteristics and cost composition.Combined with the comparative analysis results of the practice of nickel-iron powder applied to the RKEF process,the article puts forward that the direct reduction of nickel-iron powder will be widely used.The three application processes of using nickel iron powder are feasible.And the cost of the process can be reduced.
