摘要
高碳铬铁的生产工艺造成不同形貌的高碳铬铁中铬含量相差较大。结合现场高碳铬铁的不同形式,动态调整取样方案,同时研究高碳铬铁制样过程的影响因素,确保高碳铬铁取样具有很好的代表性和制样精密度,有利于提高高碳铬铁分析准确性和促进高碳铬铁贸易的健康发展。
The production process of high carbon ferrochrome resulted in large gap of chromium grade with different appearance.Combined with different forms of high carbon ferrochrome on site,it was very important to study the influence factors of the process of high carbon ferrochrome sampling and sample preparation by dynamic adjustment of sampling plan.Thus,it can ensure the high carbon ferrochrome sample has good representativeness and sample preparation precision.It can promote the accuracy of analysis and the healthy development of high carbon ferrochrome trade.
