共享视域下开放大学数字化教育资源应用研究

Application Research of Digital Education Resources in Open University from the Perspective of Sharing

开放大学具有开放性、灵活性、创新性等特点,已经成为推动教育改革、构建终身教育体系、实现学习型社会的重要办学形式。随着信息技术的飞速发展,数字化学习资源成为开放教育的主流学习资源。调查显示,近90%的人认为教学资源的共享对自己有帮助。但由于开放教育的特殊性和学习时间的局限性等原因,其学习资源的共享及学习效果并不理想。我们必须增加优质教育资源,加强基础设施的建设,提高教师的信息技术水平。

Open Universities have become an important way for all countries to promote education reform,build lifelong education system and realize a learning society because of the characteristics of open education including openness,flexibility and innovation,etc.With the rapid development of information technology,digitalized learning resources have become the mainstream learning ones in open education.It is investigated that more than 90J people think that sharing teaching resources is helpful for them.However,because of the particularity of open education and the limitation of learning time,the sharing of learning resources and its learning effects are not ideal.Thus,we must increase high-quality educational resources,strengthen infrastructure construction and improve teachers’IT level.
