摘要 微课、翻转课堂已经成为教育界的研究热点,带来教学模式重大变革,在传统课堂现状的基础上将翻转课堂应用于案例型课程,以审计案例分析课程为例,设计了基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式。微课是翻转课堂实施的载体,在实施过程中应注意建立微课建设团队、网络教学团队和学生学习行为观测点监控三个方面的问题。 Micro-lecture and flipped classroom have become the research hotspot in education field and a major revolution in teaching mode.Based on the analysis of the current situation in traditional classes,this paper applies flipped classroom to case-based curriculum,takes'Audit Case Analysis”course as an example,designs flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-lecture,puts forward that micro-lecture is the carrier to implement flipped classroom.The implementation of flipped classroom is divided into three steps:pre-class preparation,mid-class research,and post-class feedback,and in the implementation process,teacher should pay attention to three issues:the establishment of micro-lecture construction team,network teaching team and student learning behavior monitoring.
