支持性心理护理对缓解期双相情感障碍患者认知与社会功能康复的影响

Influence of Supportive Psychological Nursing on Cognition and Social Function Rehabilitation of Patients with Bipolar Disorder in Remission Period

目的:探讨支持性心理干预对缓解期双相情感障碍患者认知与社会功能康复的影响。方法:将138例缓解期双相情感障碍患者依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各69例,对照组给予常规社区干预,观察组在此基础上给予支持性心理干预,比较两组干预前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)评分、社会功能缺损评分和生活质量评分。结果:两组干预后MOCA评分和生活质量各项评分均高于干预前,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后社会功能缺损各项评分低于干预前,且观察组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予缓解期双相情感障碍患者支持性心理干预能够有效改善其认知能力,促进社会功能康复,改善生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of supportive psychological intervention on cognitive and social rehabilitation in patients with bipolar disorder during remission.Methods:According to random number table method,138 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into the observation group and the control group,69 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine community intervention and patients in the observation group were given routine community intervention combined with supportive psychological intervention.The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)score,Social Function Deficit score and Quality of Life score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The scores of MOCA and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the social function defects in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supportive psychological intervention in patients with bipolar disorder during remission can effectively improve their cognitive ability,promote social rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.
