摘要
工匠精神是成熟的职业精神,在价值导向、精神境界和精神动力方面与教育精神存在共性联系,从精神层面上为高等职业教育设定了人才培养目标。工匠精神被遮蔽,是由教育主体缺位、教育内容缺失、教育机制不完善造成的。推动工匠精神融入高等职业教育,要根据人才培养的三个阶段,依据"文化建构"和"精神生成"两大逻辑,全面提升学人的价值观念、道德品格和精神境界,为职业院校精神注入时代内涵,以服务于现代技术技能型人才的培养。
The craftsman spirit is a mature professional spirit,which has general contact with education spirit from the perspective of value orientation,spiritual realm and spiritual power,and sets the goal of higher vocational education from the spiritual level.Craftsman spirit is being covered,which caused by the absence of subject of education,the lack of educational content and the imperfect education system.The craftsman spirit should be promoted into higher vocational education on the basis of the three stages of talent training,and cultural construction and spirit generation as well,thus to enhance people’s values,moral character,spiritual realm,to form new connotation for Vocational college spirit,training technical talents.
