地方应用型本科院校校外分散实习过程管理改革浅谈

校外实习是高校各专业学生毕业前的一门重要的实践性课程,对增强学生的实践能力有着重要的意义。结合一些高校校外实习实际情况来看,校外实习一般采用集中和分散两种模式。在分散实习过程中,容易存在学生实习不到位、实习过程缺乏有效监管的问题,导致实习效果不理想。通过近年来对分散实习过程管理和效果评估的探索,结合实践经验,在此为高校分散实习的管理改革提供一些建议。

Out of school practice is an important practical course for college students before graduation,which is of great significance to enhance students'practical ability.Some coll eges and universities combined with the actual situation,the general practice of centralized and decentralized two modes,which are distributed as most college students internship easily dispersed in internship students internship process and the lack of effective regulation,in practice the effect is not ideal.Through the exploration of the management and effect evaluation of the scattered practice process in recent years,combined with the practical experience,this paper provides a new idea for the management reform of the scattered practice in colleges and universities.
