高校青年教师廉洁教育路径研究

Research on the path of honesty education for young teachers in college

高校青年教师是高校教师队伍和领导干部的生力军,其廉洁观念的养成对教育事业发展、和谐社会的建设有着重大而深远的意义。文章通过梳理高校青年教师不正之风存在的主要领域,探究其产生存在的主、客观原因,认为针对高校青年教师开展廉洁教育,应从完善制度、健全机制和筑牢个人拒腐的思想防线入手,形成合力。在廉洁观念养成过程中,还应结合高校青年教师的岗位和分工特点,提高思想教育的针对性。

The young teachers in colleges are the main force of college teachers and the leaders,whose cultivation of honesty value is of great and far-reaching significance to the development of education and the construction of a harmonious society.The paper,through clarifying the major unhealthy tendencie s that young college teachers may have,and exploring the subjective and objective reasons,holds that it should carry out honesty education for young college teachers,we should perfect the system,improve the mechanism,build a personal defenses of corruption,and form a joint force.In the process of the cultivation of honesty value,we should combine the position of young teachers and the characteristics of division of labor to raise the pertinence of education.
