机电类专业群智能制造产教融合实训平台建设的研究与探索

Research and Exploration on the Construction of Practical Training Platform for Intelligent Manufacturing and Production Teaching of Electromechanical Professional Group

为了适应智能制造产业发展需求、更好满足行业企业对智能制造人才培养及智能化设备技术服务的需求,急需建设以工业机器人技术为核心的智能制造产教融合实训平台。文章主要围绕本院机电制造技术专业群智能制造产教融合实训平台的建设,从校企合作共建共管共享机制、实训体系、实训资源、技术服务等多方面对智能制造产教融合实训平台建设进行研究和实践性探索,通过1年多的建设,在教学、科研、学生技能大赛等取得了较好的成效。

In order to meet the development needs of intelligent manufacturing industry,and the needs of enter?prises for the talent training in the field of intelligent manufacturing and the technology services for the intelligent equipment,it is urgently to build the intelligent manufacturing industry integration training platform with the core of industrial robot technology.Focusing on the construction of the integrated training platform for the intel?ligent manufacturing of the electromechanical manufacturing technology group,it is studied and practically ex?plored on the construction of intelligent manufacturing training platform from the cooperation between schools and enterprises to build a common management mechanism,training system,training resources,technical services and other aspects in this paper,which has obtained good results in teaching,scientific research and students'skills competition in one year of the construction.
