摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病机制是炎性细胞参与的多因素过程,其发病原因与个体因素、环境因素及遗传因素有关。ADAM33基因能够选择性表达于间质细胞,参与气道重构过程,是首次确定的支气管哮喘和气道高反应性相关基因。ADAM33基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)通过生物体对某种致病因素易感来改变气道炎性反应发展过程,使气道的炎性细胞数量增多、肺功能下降。因此,为明确ADAM33基因对COPD中肺功能下降的作用,有助于此类疾病的治疗,文章对ADAM33基因多态性对COPD肺功能的影响进行综述。
The pathogenesis of COPD is a multifactorial process including inflammatory cell profile,relevant with individual factors,environmental factors and genetic factors.ADAM33 gene has selectively expressed in mesenchymal cells,participates in the airway remodeling process,which has been identified as an asthma susceptible gene and high reactivity related genes.Recent studies revealed that single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)within ADAM33 increased the susceptibility to COPD through changing the airway inflammatory process and lung function by making organisms susceptible to certain environmental factor.Therefore,in order to understand the role of ADAM33 gene in the process of lung function decline in COPD,contribute to the treatment of this disease,ADAM33’SNPS and it’s the impact on COPD pulmonary function reviewed.
