摘要 近年来高职院校宣传思想工作全面迎来了新媒体时代,人们的生活、思维方式也随着新媒体的发展和广泛应用不断改变。从宣传思想工作的重要性、目标受众需求、宣传队伍建设、新媒体媒介运用等方面入手,运用问卷调查、学习调研、个别访谈、后台数据分析等方法,探寻在新媒体时代下高职院校宣传思想工作实效性提高的有效途径。 In recent years,the ideological work of colleges and universities has ushered in the new media era,and peoples life and way of thinking have been constantly changing with the development of new media and extensive application.From the importance of publicity and ideological work,the target audience needs,publicity team construction,and use of new media medium,using the questionnaire survey,learning,research,individual interview,the background data analysis and other methods,this article explores under the background of new media publicity and ideological work in colleges and universities effectiveness improvement method.
