贯通制培养本科阶段法学专业中外衔接探讨——以南威尔士大学为例

Discussion on Connection Between Chinese and Foreign Law Majors at Stage of Training Through System of Transfixion——Taking University of Wales in South as an Example

通过对英国南威尔士大学的考察研究,分析英国法学职业教育的模式和理念。针对我国当前法学职业教育存在的问题,阐述如何对法学职业教育的培养目标和教学手段进行改革和创新,并对贯通制培养本科阶段法学专业的衔接提出建议。最终目的是通过贯通制培养项目的实施,为我国培养合格的国际化的法律人才。

The model and concept of British law vocational education are analyzed through the investigation of University of Wales in the south of England.Aiming at the problems existing in the current legal vocational education in China,thisarticle expounds how to reform and innovate the training objectives and teaching means of law vocational education,and puts forward some suggestions for linking up the legal profession in the undergraduate stage.The ultimate aim is to train qualified international legal personnel through the implementation of through system training projects.
