摘要
敏感功能材料与器件是电子信息类和材料类专业的一门重要专业课,但两者课程内容设计的侧重点有所不同,鲜有交叉和综合。该文以厚膜气敏传感器为出发点,结合气敏传感器的基本工作原理、制备工艺方法、电路电学参量、芯片模块选择和报警系统电路设计方案等不同课堂内容,设计对可燃性气体报警系统的开放性综合实验。从实践教学的基本任务和培养学生的综合能力出发,使学生掌握气敏传感器的工作原理和简单应用型电路的设计技巧,进而提高学生综合素质、创新能力及解决复杂工程问题的能力。
Sensitive functional materials and devices,are one of the important professional courses of the specialty of electronic information and materials.However,the focus of curriculum content design is different from each other,and with few crossing and syntheses.This paper takes the thick film gas sensors as the starting point and combines the basic working principle of gas sensor,the preparation process,the electrical parameters in circuit,the chip module selection and the alarm system circuit design and designs of flammable gas alarm system open comprehensive experiment.Starting from the basic tasks of the teaching practice and culture students,comprehensive ability of gas sensor working principle and simple application circuit design skills,improve the ability of students’comprehensive quality,innovation ability and solving complex engineering problems.
