As a new type of sharing economy,shared bicycle appears to the public at an extraordinary speed.While shared bicycle provides convenience for public green and low-carbon travel,there are also some problems such as the conflict between bicycle-sharing placement and public activity area,and the disorderly parking of shared bicycle which affects the appearance of the city.The basic approach to solving these problems in the process of sharing bicycles is to coordinate the cooperation between the shared bicycle operators and the government,cultivate scale for the sharing economic market,improve the public’s shared economic morals,and build green and low-carbon travel systems,improving the level of public and social welfare.
