摘要
干细胞治疗是组织修复重建的重要方法,但细胞活动与疗效间的关系缺乏实时精确且无创的验证手段。分子影像学可以为无创示踪提供重要的研究手段,其中稀土来源的上转换纳米材料(UCNP)具备强于常用造影剂的MRI、CT造影功能。本文就UCNP的发展历史、制备、示踪干细胞的研究现状和肿瘤相关研究的启示进行综述。
Stem cell therapy holds great promise in tissue regeneration and reconstruction.However,the underlying mechanisms remain elusive due to the lack of effective and noninvasive approaches during therapeutic processes.Within different strategies of molecular imaging,lanthanide-based up-conversion nanoparticles(UCNP)have been explored as imaging agents for luminescence imaging,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and computerized tomography(CT).As luminophore,UCNPs are preferable to other bioimaging probes.In this paper,the development history,preparation,the research status of stem cell tracer and the implications of tumor related research of UCNP were reviewed.
