摘要
以毛冬青叶为原料,进行毛冬青叶多酚提取工艺及其抗氧化性活性的研究,建立以没食子酸为标准品,分光光度法测定毛冬青叶多酚含量的分析方法。结果显示:以pH 4的水为溶剂、料液比1∶30(g/mL)、50℃水浴1.5 h条件下提取1次,毛冬青叶多酚得率为2.89%。其多酚化合物对羟基自由基(·OH)和二苯基苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)均有较强的清除效果,最大清除率分别为55.00%和62.85%。
Extraction technology and antioxidant property of polyphenols from leaves of Ilex pubescens was studied using Ilex pubescens as raw materials.The analytical method was established that polyphenols content was determined by UV-spectrophotometric methods with pyrogallic acid as standard.The results showed that the polyphenols extraction rate reaches 2.89%under the optimized conditions of extraction at 50℃water bath for 1.5 hour once with water(pH value equals 4)as the solvent and the material/solvent ratio of 1:30(g/mL).The clearing capacity of polyphenols for hydroxyl free radical and DPPH free radical were very significant by hydroxyl free radical and DPPH free radical scavenging test,were 55.00%and 62.85%respectively.
