摘要 建立高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用测定牛肝菌中的无机汞、甲基汞、乙基汞形态的分析方法。采用微波萃取技术对样品进行前处理,并对液相色谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱的参数进行优化,结果表明:在优化条件试验下,3种汞化合物在1μg/L~20 0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法的检出限在0.005 mg/kg~0.008 mg/kg之间,加标回收率在72%~93%之间,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)均小于7%。该方法前处理简单、检出限低、准确度高、耗时短,适用于牛肝菌中不同形态汞的筛查和测定。 A method for the determination of inorganic mercury,methylmercury and ethylmercury was established.Samples were pretreated by microwave extraction technology,HPLC-ICP-MS methods were optimized in order to obtain the best parameters.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999 for the three mercury species in the range of 1μg/L-200μg/L,and the limits of detection were between 0.005 mg/kg-0.008 mg/kg on the selected condition,the recoveries were between 72%-93%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)for the determination were less than 7%.The advantages of the method were easy sample extraction,low detection limit,high accuracy and spending shorter time,which is benefit for the detection and analysis of mercury species in the Boletus fungi.
