摘要
提出基于机器视觉、数字图像处理技术、软件技术的电缆横截面几何参数检测识别算法.该方法以圆的两组切线为基础,通过坐标变换准确测量电缆横截面的圆心、直径、绝缘厚度;并针对铠装电缆,提出一种基于HSI空间的金属屏蔽层厚度的检测算法,实现了金属屏蔽层厚度的准确测量.实验结果表明,该算法能够准确定位电缆横截面的圆心,并通过拟合可得出所测截面的直径、线芯面积、绝缘厚度和金属屏蔽层厚度等参数,测量精度高、检测速度快.
The geometric parameter identification algorithm was proposed to measure the geometric parameters of cable cross section on the base of machine vision,digital image processing technology and software technology.This method was based on two sets of tangents of the circle.The cross section′s center,diameter and insulation thickness of the cable could be accurately measured by coordinate transformation.For armored cable,a detection algorithm of metal shield thickness based on HSI space was designed,which realized the accurate measurement of metal shielding layer thickness.Experiments showed that the algorithm could locate the cable center accurately and get the parameters of the cable cross section such as diameter,wire core area and thickness of insulating layer with high measuring accuracy and fast detection speed.
