摘要
介绍了通过一系列工程技术手段实现磷石膏无害化处理的研究成果。通过碱性石灰对磷石膏中的水溶性磷及游离氟进行化学固化,中和磷石膏中H^+,优化磷石膏无害化处理的最佳工艺条件,使磷石膏处理量达500 t/h,处理后的磷石膏50%水溶液pH值为7~9,磷石膏浸出液中磷及氟含量均小于15 mg/L,低于国家排放标准要求的限值;同时减弱了渣场渗水对渣场底部防腐层的破坏,延长其使用年限,降低了磷石膏浸出水进入外界环境的风险,保障了装置的高效连续稳定运行。
The research outcome of harmless treatment of phosphogypsum achieved through a set of engineering measures is outlined. The limes are used to fixate water soluble phosphorus and free fluorine in the phosphogypsum,to neutralize the H+in the phosphogypsum. And it is to optimize the process conditions for the harmless treatment of phosphogypsum,such that the phosphogypsum treatment volume has reached 500 t/h,and after treatment,the pH of 50% water solution of phosphogypsum is 7 ~ 9,phosphorus and fluorine contents from the phosphogypsum are lower than 15 mg/L,lower than the limit set in the national emission standard. And on top of that,it alleviates the damage of the corrosion-resistant layer at the bottom of the yard due to water leakage,prolongs the service life,minimizes risk of water from the phosphogypsum from entering the external environment,and maintains efficient,continuous and stable operation of the plant.
