摘要
酒店行业属于劳动密集型行业,其职工职业的稳定性对于酒店能否提供高质量服务以及能否降低人力成本至关重要。随着"千禧一代"(是指出生于20世纪时未成年,在跨入21世纪以后达到成年年龄的一代人)逐渐成为酒店员工体系的主要组成部分,其心理需求和行为特点使得"千禧一代"年轻职工群体的离职率逐渐升高。本文从经济学角度研究千禧一代酒店员工的离职效用模型,利用离职收益和离职成本讨论出了影响千禧一代离职的主要因素,最后从薪酬体系、企业文化、职业发展、管理方式等方面提出了降低离职率的相关对策。
The hotel industry is a labor-intensive industry,the stability of its employees is critical for whether the hotel can provide high quality services and reduce labor costs.With the“millennial generation”(it refers to the generation who was born in twentieth Century and reached the age of adulthood after twenty-first Century)gradually becoming the main part of the hotel staff system,their psychological needs and behavior characteristics make the turnover rate of the“millennial generation”young workers gradually increase.This paper studies the turnover effectiveness model of millennial generation employees in hotel from the perspective of economics,and discusses the main factors that affect the turnover of millennial generation by using turnover income and turnover cost,finally,from the aspects of salary system,corporate culture,career development and management mode,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to reduce turnover rate.
