摘要 社会和谐需要有效沟通,有了平等和谐的交流,彼此才能被理解,形成合力,创造更大的价值。对于学校和家长,只有双方实施有效沟通,才能促进形成良好的合力。贯通培养基础教育阶段学生有其特殊性,单靠学校力量难以达到最佳教育效果。针对贯通基础教育阶段学生特点,通过理论研究及现状分析,探讨促进学生行为养成的家校合作共育方式,形成良好的家校合作共育环境,为促进学生日后身心健康成长提供帮助。 Effective communication is needed in our society,and only in this way can we cooperate and understand each other and create great value.For school and parents,they can form better education forces with effective communication.Because the students in the basic education stage of the run-through training project have their particularity,it is more difficult to achieve the best education effect by school alone.Based on this stage of students,through theoretical research and the analysis of current situation,it is discussed the way of home-school cooperation that is suit for the students,form a good environment for home-school cooperation and help the students grow up physically and mentally.
