融入地方文化的高职院校国学经典教育策略——以汕尾职业技术学院为例

Education Strategies on Integration of Local Culture into Chinese Classics:A Case Study of Shan Wei Vocational Technical College

"国学"话题,长久不衰。汕尾职业技术学院作为汕尾市唯一一所专科层次公办普通高等学校,承担着为汕尾地方培养和输送人才、弘扬中华优秀传统文化的重任,目前高职院校普遍存在重技术轻人文、没有统一的国学课程体系、缺乏国学的专业师资以及高职生忽视自身人文素质的培养等问题。高职院校开展国学教育可尝试精选国学教育的内容,融合地方文化资源,走嵌入职场、协同创新的道路,培养一支专业化的国学师资,探索国学课堂教学模式,创建国学教育活动平台,与校园文化建设相结合,培养出一批专业技术型和人文素养型相结合、全面发展的高质量新型人才。

In the vocational colleges,there are such problems as the preference of the technology to the humanities,no uniform system of Chinese culture,the insufficiency of professional teachers of Chinese culture,and the ignorance of cultivating individual humanistic quality by the students.In order to train the high-quality talents with professional technology and humanity,it is vital to select the contents of Chinese classics integrating some local culture source,to cultivate professional teachers through the collaborative innovation,to research the teaching models of Chinese classics,and to set up the activity platform of traditional culture and the campus culture.
