本文介绍了针对高职教育以就业为导向的办学目标,为了使焊接技术与自动化专业学生更好地满足企业与社会的需求,在专业培养方案与课程体系,教学模式和教学内容等方面所进行的系列改革。

The series teaching reforms on the aspect of major cultivation program,course system,teaching model and teaching contents are introduced in this paper,in order that the students graduating from the major of welding technology and automation can better meet the demand of the society,with the aim of job-seeking–oriented higher vocational education.
