本文从四个方面分析了高职院校教师下企业锻炼的现状,提出以制度、计划、激励机制和校企联动等措施提升教师下企业锻炼的影响和成效,为高职院校培养双师型教师提供了依据和参考,也为培养高技能学生奠定了良好的基础。

The present situation of the high vocational college teachers’practice in enterprise is analyzed in four aspects:the school’s rules,programs,stimulating mechanism and school-enterprise operations,promotes the effect and influence,offers reference and basis for high vocational college to cultivate teachers with dual title,and offer a good foundation to train high-talented students.
