摘要
职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度是促进职业院校健康发展的内生动力,是提高人才培养质量,建立常态化的人才培养质量的保障机制。课程是质量形成的关键环节,通过构建“十级递进,三步调整”质量改进螺旋新模式,详细阐述了一门课程的诊改全过程,形成了系统性的高职课程诊改策略。
Teaching diagnosis and improvement is an endogenous power to enhance the healthy development of vocational colleges,it is a guarantee mechanic to improve the quality of the talent training and set up the constant talent training quality.A course is the key chain in the forming of quality.By constructing the new spiral mode of“10 steps forward,3 steps for adjustment”,the whole process of diagnosis and improvement is systematically illustrated,and a new systematic process of a course is illustrated,and a systematic diagnosis and improvement is illustrated.So the new diagnosis and improving strategy of the high vocational courses are formed.
