军民融合是新时代我国的全局性战略部署,是创新发展的重要支点。在推进军民融合过程中,企业一定要有企业家精神,要敢为人先,要打破常规,冲破各种束缚,结合国家战略创新思维,创造新平台,实现增值;“军工背景”高校更是要转变观念、创新服务,要放下身段,主动服务市场,搭建服务平台,建立示范区,充分推进军民融合。高校和企业都有各自的优势,要站在更高的视野,搭建各种平台化解各种矛盾,推进军民融合的发展。

Military-civilian integration is our country’s strategic plan in the new time,an important pivot point in the development of innovation.In the promotion of military-innovation the enterprises must have the spirit of enterprisers,be brave to be the first one of the same industry,break the routines,break through one barrier after another;we must innovate our thinking,set up new platforms so that we can realize the increment.Colleges and universities with the military and industry background must change our thinking habit,innovate our service,and serve the market,offer a service platform,construction the demonstration plot,fully promote the military-civilian cooperation.All colleges should know its own advantages;have a wide view,set up all forms of platform to solve the problems,in order to enhance the development of military-civilian integration.
