学生工作千头万绪,复杂多变。新时代的学生工作要求老师不仅要有渊博的知识,还要有高度的责任感、高尚的师德、高效的方法,帮助学生、爱护学生、启发学生,达到教书和育人的双重目的。归根结底,做好学生工作需要老师付出巨大的爱心,投入无尽的智慧。

The student work is in a multitude of things,complicate and changeable.The student work not only requires the teacher to have profound knowledge,but high sense of responsibility,noble teacher’s ethics and efficient methods as well.Teachers must help students,care for students and arouse the students’interesting in learning,so as to get the goal of teaching and educating.Anyhow,it requires the teacher to pay a lot of love and wisdom to do student’s work well.
