中走丝数控线切割在配合零件加工中的技巧研究

利用中走丝数控线切割加工配合零件,是一数控加工中常见的加工方式。本文以两个不同的典型的配合件为例,详细阐述中走丝数控线切割在进行配合零件加工中的注意事项,和提高加工质量的方法,如跳步指令使用、加工间隙设置等。事例表明,本文方法不但具有可性行,而且有较强的可操作性,零件加工质量显著提高,具有一定的理论研究意义和实际应用价值。

It is a common processing method in NC machining by using middle speed WEDM to process its mating parts.In this paper,we take two different typical examples of mating parts,to expound the matters which need our attention in the processing of matching parts and then put forward the methods of improving the quality of the process,such as using skip instruction,setting machining gap and so on.The examples show that the method we offer in this article is not only feasible,but also more operable,and the processing quality of parts is improved remarkably.It has a certain theoretical significance and practical value.
