摘要
拓扑绝缘体在热电转换中的应用是当今材料物理和凝聚态物理研究的前沿课题。论文综述了热电效应机理、拓扑绝缘体相,以及拓扑绝缘体和热电效应的关联;结合最新的研究文献,从物理机理的角度,阐明如何提高热电转换因子,目前存在什么困难,以及计算和实验的方法和手段。
The application of topological insulators in thermoelectric conversion is a frontier research topic in materials physics and condensed matter physics.In this paper the thermoelectric effect mechanism,topological insulator phase,and the relationship of topological insulator and thermoelectric effect were summarized.Basing on the latest literatures,we expound how to improve the thermoelectric conversion factor from the perspective of physical mechanism,what is the present difficulties and how to improve the thermoelectric conversion factor from the point of view of calculation and experiment.
