蔺氏桃红散用于骨科感染创面的换药疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Effects of Lin's Traditional Chinese Medicine Powder Treated Orthopedic Infection Wounds

目的:探讨蔺氏桃红散用于骨科感染创面的换药效果。方法:将62例骨科创面感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用蔺氏桃红散换药,对照组用碘伏、庆大霉素纱块换药。观察两组伤口换药次数、伤口愈合的时间,治疗有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果:采用蔺氏桃红散换药方法可减少感染伤口的换药次数及缩短其愈合时间,蔺氏桃红散换药方法总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组患者的74.19%。两组不良反应发生率无较大差异,结论:蔺氏桃红散外用型中药制剂具有祛腐敛疮生肌的功能,能缩短换药时间,并能加快伤口愈合。在临床治疗实践中比传统碘伏、庆大霉素纱块换药,创面愈合快,疗效好,值得推广使用。

Objective:To observe curative effect of Lin's traditional Chinese medicine powder treatment orthopedic infection wounds.Methods:62 patients with orthopedic infection wounds were randomly divided into observation group and comparative group.The observation group was treated by using the Lin's traditional Chinese medicine powder,The comparative group was treated with iodine and gentamycin gauze.To observe the time of the two groups of wound dressing,、the time of wound healing、the curative effect and adverse reactions.Results:The Lin's traditional Chinese medicine powder can reduce the number of times and the healing time of orthopedic infection wounds.The total effective rate was 93.5%,significantly higher than 74.2%in comparative group.There was no significant difference between the two groups of adverse drug reaction(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Lin's Traditional Chinese medicine powder shows the function of reducing pulling out poison and removing carrion promoting wound healing obviously,The clinical curative effect is better than treating with iodine and gentamycin gauze.The operation is simple,relatively safe,it is worth to do clinical promotion.
