布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取120例小儿感染后咳嗽患儿,随机分为对照组60例,仅用孟鲁斯特咀嚼片治疗;观察组60例,治疗方法为孟鲁斯特咀嚼片、布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵,三者联合雾化吸入治疗;应用统计学方法比较两组疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗结束后的总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后3d、5d、7d咳嗽症状积分低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:布地奈德、复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入并联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽具有良好的临床疗效。 Objective:To analyze the budesonide and compound isopropyl bromide nebulization inhalation combined Montelukast clinical curative effect for the treatment of infantile cough after infection.Methods:Choose 120 cases of children with infantile cough after infection,the control group(60 cases,meng rust chewable tablet),the observation group(60 cases,Montelukast chewable tablet+cure joint budesonide and compound isopropyl bromide atomization inhalation treatment),compared two groups of curative effect.Results:the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.67%,higher than 85.00%in the control group and P<0.05.The score of cough symptom in children with 3 days,5 days and 7 days after treatment was lower than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:it is worth recommending that budesonide and compound isopropyl bromide atomization inhalation combining with Montelukast for the treatment of post-infective cough are excellent.
