Gray correlation analysis of blasting effect in the Open-pit Mine

针对本钢歪头山铁矿,应用灰色关联分析,确定爆破过程中各爆破参数对爆破效果的影响程度主次关系,研究结果表明,炸药单耗为影响爆破效果的最重要因素,其次为钻孔的孔排距,在进行爆破参数优化的过程中,应首先考虑对炸药单耗及孔距排距进行参数优化。

Aiming at Waitoushan Iron Mine in Benxi Iron and Steel,using the grey relational analysis,the article determines the influence degree of blasting parameters on the blasting effect during the blasting process.The results show that the single explosive consumption is the most important factor influencing the blasting effect,followed by the row spacing of the boreholes,and the blasting is performed.In the process of parameter optimization,the parameters of the explosive unit consumption and spacing distance should be optimized.
