根据生产建设项目所在区域的自然环境与社会发展情况,全面考虑建设及生产过程对土地资源的影响,使之符合县乡土地利用总体规划要求,对损毁土地布设有效的复垦措施,合理开发土地资源。以山心村露天煤矿为例,就露天煤矿内外排土场的土地复垦措施进行介绍,可实现将采矿用地恢复为耕地利用,满足项目区土地利用规划的要求。

According to the natural environment and social development in the region where the production and construction projects are located,the mine fully considers the impact of construction and production processes on the land resources,which is in line with the overall planning of land use in county.The mine effectively takes reclamation measures for the damaged land and reasonably develops land resources.Taking Shaxin Village Open-pit Coal Mine as an example,this article introduces the reclamation measures of land reclaimed in the external and internal dump of the open-pit mines,which achieve mining land restoring to arable land,meet the needs of planning of land use.
