露天矿领域采用空中采矿机的探索与研究

摘要 为了改良目前露天开采的生产工艺设备,通过空中运输物料实现连续生产作业。空中采矿机设想的提出,充分整合采掘、运输及排弃环节为一体,可以大幅缩减露天矿的运营成本、降低安全压力。露天矿的主要成本来自卡车运输,采用空中采矿机可以不用卡车运输,连续作业;大幅缩减露天矿的用工数量,可以打造机械化、自动化、数字化的新型矿山;采矿效率将有大幅提升,缩减工作时间;不用预留端帮运输道路,最大限度的将矿区境界内的矿物采出;排土成本预计会大幅降低。 In order to improve the production process equipment,the continuous production is carried out through air transportation materials.The aerial mining machine fully integrates mining,transportation and abandonment,which can significantly reduce the operation cost of open-pit mines and reduce the safety pressure.The main cost of the open-pit mine comes from truck transportation,and the use of an aerial mining machine can be carried out without truck.The mining efficiency will be greatly improved and the working time will be reduced.No reserving the end slope to transport the road,the maximum of the mining area of the mineral extraction.The cost of the soil is expected to fall sharply.
