摘要
为了充分发挥煤矿企业工资的激励作用,通过探索建立以安全生产为前提、以效益和价值创造为导向和以风险预控管理体系、煤矿岗位标准作业流程、成本联动管控为抓手的"433"薪酬分配体系,以实现全矿各部门、各生产单位的有效串联,为煤矿企业安全管理、设备管理和成本管控水平再提升奠定基础。
In order to give full play to the incentive effect of wages in coal mine enterprises,through exploring the"433"salary distribution system,the enterprise establishes safety production as premise,benefit and value creation as guide,risk-control-management-system and coal mine post standard-operating-procedure and cost-coordinated-management as grip,in order to achieve the effective connection between the various departments of the whole mine and the production units,which lay the foundation for safety management,equipment management and cost control in coal mine enterprises.
