摘要
为研究加工参数对地沟油/废旧橡胶粉复合改性沥青性能的影响,选取不同的剪切温度、剪切时间和剪切速率来制备地沟油/废旧橡胶粉复合改性沥青.利用沥青试验方法与荧光显微观测技术,对复合改性沥青的感温性、高温性能、低温性能和微观分散状态进行了分析研究.结果表明:橡胶粉、地沟油及沥青三者混溶时,加工参数对制备复合改性沥青性能的影响起着决定性作用.当剪切温度为180~190℃,剪切时间为90 min,剪切速率为5 000 r·min^(-1)时,可改善复合改性沥青中橡胶颗粒的细度及分散均匀性,使复合改性沥青的各项性能得到有效提高.
To investigate the performance of waste oil and crumb rubber composite modified asphalt,the effects of shear temperature,shear time and shear rate were analyzed.The temperature sensitivity,the high temperature performance and the low temperature performance of the composite modified asphalt were analyzed by asphalt experimentation,and the fluorescent optical microscope was used to analyze the micro-disperse state.The results show that the processing parameters have critical role to the performance of composite modified asphalt when rubber powder,waste oil and asphalt blend together.The composite modified asphalt have the best performance with improved rubber particles dispersion and uniformity when the shear temperature is from 180 to 190℃with shear time of 90 min and shear rate of 5 000 r·min-1.
