摘要 针对太赫兹时域光谱扫描成像系统中对参数设置、运动控制、数据采集和数据处理的需求,利用虚拟仪器的相应指令、数据处理的相关算法和Lab VIEW软件的特点,设计并实现了适用于本研究系统的独特软件系统,包括两轴平移台SHOT102的通信和控制、时频域波形和图像显示、数据离线调用和处理等功能。利用该软件对4种含能材料进行二维扫描,扫描范围14 mm×14 mm,扫描间隔0.4 mm,时间延迟线范围为11.3~13.3 mm,扫描步长0.002 mm,获得了其太赫兹扫描图像,从而实现含能材料种类辨别。 The terahertz time-domain spectroscopy scanning imaging system requires parameter setting,motion controlling,data acquisition and data processing.According to the corresponding instructions of virtual instrument,the correlation algorithm of data processing and the characteristics of LabVIEW software,the suitable software for this research system is designed and completed,which includes the communication and control of two-axis translation stage SHOT102,the waveform and image display of time domain and frequency domain,the transfer and processing function of off-line data.Using the software in the circular hoop scanning,with the scanning range of 14 mm×14 mm,the scanning interval of 0.4 mm,the time delay line range of 11.3-13.3 mm,the scanning step size of 0.002 mm,the image in time domain and frequency domain are obtained,so as to distinguish the types of energetic materials.
