下腰椎终板凹陷角与椎间盘退变的相关性

摘要 目的探讨下腰椎终板凹陷角与椎间盘退变的相关性。方法回顾性分析132例男性患者腰椎MR影像资料,选择L_4/L_5,L_5/S1节段共264个椎间盘(L_4下、L_5上、下共396个终板)作为研究对象。参照Pfirrmann分级系统对椎间盘退行性改变程度进行评定,测量终板凹陷角,记录并进行统计分析。结果同节段各退变级别的终板凹陷角比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。椎间盘退变程度越重,终板凹陷角越大。结论终板的凹陷程度与椎间盘退变程度有关,随退变程度的加重,终板倾向平坦化。
