摘要
为筛选出适宜山东地区的燕麦品种,对16个燕麦品种进行了种植试验,测定了株高、干草产量等农艺性状,分析了粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)等营养成分,计算了蛋白产量、相对饲喂价值(RFV)等营养品质数据。结果表明,不同燕麦品种株高、干草产量及其营养成分含量之间差异显著,其中青燕1号的株高最高,为61.1cm,而林纳的株高最低,为32.05cm。牧王的干草产量最高,达到9676.19kg/hm^2太阳神、青燕1号、魅力和贝勒次之,梦龙的产量最低。各个燕麦品种的蛋白产量、NDF和ADF含量的变化范围分别为378.08kg/hm^2~1292.91kg/hm^2、30.92%~51.85%、12.53%~28.47%。加燕2号及燕王的相对饲喂价值(RFV)显著高于其他品种(P<0.05),但加燕2号的干草产量较低。综合分析结果表明,牧王、太阳神、贝勒、燕王和魅力较其他品种更适宜在该地区推广种植。
In order to screen suitable oat(Avena sativa L.)varieties with high yield and good quality in Shandong province,plant height,hay yield and critical compositional nutrient indexes[crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)of 16 oat varieties were assessed.Additional,crude protein yield and relativefeeding value were analysed based on the above data.The results showed that plant height,hay yield and nutrient content of 16 oat varieties were significant difference.In term of plant height,‘Qingyan 1’was the tallest(61.1cm)while‘Linna’was the lowest(32.05cm).The hay yield of Haymaker was higher than all varieties,next was‘Titan’,‘Qingyan’,‘Meili’and‘Beile’,‘Menglong’was lowest.The crude protein yield,NDF and ADF contents of different varieties were range from 378.08 kg/hm 2~1292.91kg/hm 2,30.9%~51.9%and 12.5%~28.5%,respectively.The relative feeding value of‘Jayan 2’and‘Yanwang’were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those of other varieties.In conclusion,the major economic traits andnutrient indexes of‘Haymaker’,‘Titan’,‘Beile’,‘Yanwang’and‘Meili’are suitable for cultivation in Shandong province.
