秋水仙碱对高脂喂养大鼠动脉血管炎症反应的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨秋水仙碱对高脂喂养大鼠动脉血管炎症反应的影响。方法选取30只SPF级健康雄性8周龄SD大鼠,随机分三组,各10只;对照组采用基础饲料喂养+生理盐水管饲喂养8周;高脂组采用按比例配方的高脂喂养+生理盐水管饲喂养8周;观察组采用按比例配方的高脂喂养并给予秋水仙碱[0.02mg/(kg·d)]管饲喂养8周。比较ox-LDL、hs CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α的变化。结果高脂组ox-LDL、hs CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ox-LDL、hs CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α表达低于高脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高脂喂养可上调ox-LDL、hs CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α表达,秋水仙碱可抑制ox-LDL、hs CRP、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、MCP-1、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α的过表达。 Objective To investigate the effect of colchicine on inflammatory reaction of artery in rats fed with high fat diet.Methods 30 SPF male SD rats with 8 weeks old were randomly divided into three groups,10 in each group.The control group was fed with basal diet plus saline for 8 weeks.The high fat group was fed with high fat feeding and saline tube feeding in proportion for 8 weeks,and the observation group was fed with high fat with proportionate formula and given colchicine[0.02mg/(kg·d)]tube feeding for 8 weeks.The changes of ox-LDL,hsCRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,MCP-1,IL-6,IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha were compared.Results The expression of ox-LDL,hsCRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,MCP-1,IL-6,IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha in the hyperlipidemia group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of ox-LDL,hsCRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,MCP-1,IL-6,IL-1 beta and TNFalpha in the observation group were lower than those in the hyperlipidemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion High fat feeding can increase the expression of ox-LDL,hsCRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,MCP-1,IL-6,IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha.Colchicine can inhibit the overexpression of ox-LDL,hsCRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,VCAM-1,beta,and alpha.
