糖尿病联络护士的培训及效果分析

Training and effect analysis of diabetes liaison nurses

目的探讨应用RAID质量改善模型规范糖尿病联络护士胰岛素注射教育培训的实践效果。方法 2016年1~12月,选取我院53名来自不同科室的符合选择标准的糖尿病联络护士纳入研究,按照RAID质量改善模型中回顾、协议、执行、论证四个步骤实施为期1年的团队质量管理,干预结束后重复问卷调查,评价培训效果。结果资料收集结果显示,53名糖尿病联络护士均完成全部培训计划,培训后其对胰岛素类型(89.16±6.33)分、保存方法(88.46±4.51)分、注射部位(92.53±4.21)分、注射技术(91.36±5.57)分、不良反应(88.42±4.52)分的掌握程度均明显高于培训前,院内糖尿病专项质量检查指标评分均明显高于培训前,培训前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用RAID质量改善模型指导糖尿病联络护士培训,能够有效发挥多学科糖尿病护理团队优势,达到与糖尿病专科教育水平一致。

Objective To explore the application of RAID quality improvement model to standardize the practice effect of insulin injections training in diabetes nurses.Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,53 diabetes nurses who met our selection criteria from different departments were included in the study.According to the four steps of review,agreement,execution and demonstration in the RAID quality improvement model,a one-year team quality management was implemented,the questionnaire after the intervention was repeated,training effectiveness was evaluated.Results The results of data collection showed that 53 diabetes nurses completed the full training program.After training,the degree of mastery of insulin type(89.16±6.33),preservation method(88.46±4.51),injection site(92.53±4.21),injection technique(91.36±5.57),and adverse reactions(88.42±4.52)were significantly higher than those before training.The score of special quality examination index of nosocomial diabetes were significantly higher than that before training,and the difference was statistically significant before and after training(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of RAID quality improvement model to guide the training of diabetic liaison nurses can effectively exert the advantages of the multidisciplinary diabetes nursing team and reach the same level of diabetes education.
