基于并联SiC MOSFET架构的无刷直流电机高效驱动技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为满足机、弹载伺服驱动系统高功率密度与高效率的需求,提出基于并联SiC MOSFET架构的无刷直流电机高效驱动技术。针对四管分立SiC MOSFET并联不均流现象,在分析不均流机理的基础上,采用基于独立驱动的方法提高并联均流效果;并针对SiC MOSFET高速开关过程产生的较高dv/dt问题,提出一种基于PWM信号的同步采集方法,有效地提升了驱动系统鲁棒性。最后,以航空25 kW无刷直流电机驱动系统作为应用对象,通过实验验证了以上方法的有效性。 In order to meet the requirements of high power density and high efficiency for airborne and missile servo drive systems,an efficient driving technology of brushless DC motor(BLDCM)based on parallel SiC MOSFET architecture is pro-posed.On the basis of the analysis of the nonuniform current mechanism,the independent driving method is adopted to improve the parallel current sharing effect of SiC MOSFET with discrete four-tubes.In view of the high dv dt generated in the high-speed switching process of SiC MOSFET,a synchronous acquisition method based on PWM signal is proposed to improve the ro-bustness of the driving system effectively.The driving system of 25 kW BLDCM is used as the application object.The effective-ness of the above method was verified with experiments.
