摘要
桥梁无缝伸缩缝又称沥青填充式桥梁伸缩缝,它主要是由改性沥青胶结料与集料拌和形成的一种具有高弹性、高黏性并能抵抗交通荷载的沥青混合料组成。首先结合实地调查情况,回顾了现有桥梁运营使用过程中存在的病害特点、类型及其形成机理,针对现有桥梁型钢伸缩缝易于堆积垃圾、破损及修复困难等问题,提出无缝伸缩缝更换技术。论述了无缝伸缩缝的工作原理,并结合实际工程介绍了无缝伸缩缝的特点及施工工艺,无缝伸缩缝的工程应用经验可供相关专业人员参考。
Bridge seamless expansion joints,also known as asphalt-filled bridge expansion joint,which is mainly composed of modified asphalt binder and aggregates to form a highly elastic,highly viscous and resistant to traffic load asphalt mixture.First of all,combined with field survey the characteristics,types and its formation mechanism of the existing bridges during operation are reviewed.For the existing bridge steel expansion joints easy accumulation of garbage,damage and repair difficulties and other issues,proposed seamless expansion joint replacement technology.At the same time,it discusses the working principle of seamless expansion joint and introduces the characteristics and construction technology of seamless expansion joint with practical engineering,the engineering experience of seamless expansion joints are available to the relevant professionals for reference.
