Security Threats and Countermeasures in Low-Altitude Airspace of Nuclear Power Plants

核电厂低空空域面临低空飞行器非法入侵的安保威胁,这种威胁日益严峻,已成为安全保卫工作的重要难题,本文结合中国核电厂安保管理要求及低空空域的管理现状,分析了核电厂低空空域面临的安保威胁,根据威胁应对策略分别从政府层面和企业层面提出针对性的管理建议和措施,保障核电厂低空空域的保卫安全。

The low-altitude airspace of the nuclear power plant faces the security threat of the illegal intrusion of low-altitude aircraft,which is increasing seriously and has become an important problem in the security field.This paper analyzes the security threats of low-altitude airspace in nuclear power plant based on the situation of the safety management of nuclear power plants and the management of low-altitude airspace in China.According to the threat countermeasures,it puts forward targeted management suggestions and measures at the government level and the enterprise level respectively to guarantee the safety of low-altitude airspace in nuclear power plants.
