新机组投产时的安全、经济、稳定的长周期运行,在很大程度上取决于基建阶段热控设备的安装调试质量。因此,在基建工程阶段开展热控系统可靠性过程控制非常必要。本文介绍了枣泉电厂与中国自动化学会发电自动化专业委员会合作,开展提升一期工程基建过程热工可靠性活动情况,讨论了存在的问题和基建过程热工可靠性工作开展的方法。将生产过程中的热工监督工作延伸到基建过程。

The safe,economical and stable long period operation of the new unit when put into operation depends to a great extent on the quality of the installation and commissioning of the thermal control equipment in the construction stage,so it is necessary to cany out the reliability process control of the thermal control system in the construction stage.This paper introduces the cooperation between Zaoquan power plant and China Automation Society Power Automation Professional Committee and the activities of upgrading the thermal reliability of the first-stage project construction,and discusses the existing problems and the methods of developing the thermal reliability work in the construction process.To extend the thermal supervision of the production process to the construction process.
