摘要 学前教育政策分析有助于揭示政策制定和执行过程中存在的问题及今后优化和完善政策效果起积极的作用。学前教育政策研究要挖掘依据、基于证据。分析当前的政策发现,学前教育应该强化政府作为公共服务的核心主体,引导并规范市场的公共服务职能,扩大社会参与。学前教育政策要体现社会公平:扩大社会对学前教育的重视,保障不利群体的平等权利,优化师资结构。 The analysis of preschool education policy helps to reveal problems in policy formulation and implementation and to play a positive role in optimizing and improving policy results in the future.Preschool education policy research should be based on evidence.By analyzing the current policy,preschool education should strengthen the government as the core subject of public service to guide and standardize the public service function of the market,and to expand social participation.Preschool education policy should embody social equity:expanding the importance of preschool education,ensuring equal rights for disadvantaged groups and optimizing the structure of teachers.
